If I place an order today, when can I expect to receive the delivery?
The Swedish Institute sends all orders with commercial shipping companies. If we have the material in stock, an order from an EU country is normally delivered within 14 days. Delivery outside the EU usually takes 4–5 weeks, due to customs handling. If you order from Sweden, the delivery time is about 5 days.
How much will I pay for freight?
For any standard delivery, Swedish missions abroad don’t pay any freight costs when ordering material from SI. However, we will charge full shipping cost for urgent deliveries. The cost of freight for urgent deliveries varies depending on destination and weight of the package. We will inform you about any added shipping cost before completing the order.
For all international orders, additional customs duties and other fees can arise, according to regulations in the recipient country.

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order placed with us by contacting us with your order number.
How can I return unwanted, incorrect, faulty or damaged items?
You can return books in their original condition and any other merchandise in new condition with original packaging. If the return is a result of our error, SI will also pay the return shipping costs.

I want my books delivered to a separate address, is that possible?
Yes, it is possible to specify a separate delivery addess when ordering.
