In fields like science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), gender imbalance remains a challenge, with leadership positions often out of reach due to outdated norms and structural barriers.
Sweden has introduced policies and mentorship programmes to help break the glass ceiling and increase female leadership. Closing the gender gap is more important than ever, especially in a world where rapid advancements in AI and technology are shaping the future. Diverse perspectives are key to solving global challenges and driving innovation.
