Captions In the early 1990s, in the Swedish village of Malung, a group of friends gathered in a basement with their computers and played long into the night – the spark that would eventually grow into DreamHack.
Today, DreamHack is the world’s largest digital festival, bringing together thousands of gamers across Europe and North America. 🌍
Activities includes professional e-sports tournaments, amateur and high-school gaming tournaments, bring-your-own-computer LAN parties, cosplay, art, expo and screenings.
Today, an estimated one in four people worldwide has played a game made by Swedes – and the industry keeps growing steadily. 🚀
