Printing materials Download t-shirt designs (ZIP 27 KB) T-shirts for volunteers Download pin design (ZIP 19 KB) Pins Download design for tote bags (ZIP 44 KB) Tote bags Download selfie frame designs (ZIP 33 MB) Designs for selfie frames Download quiz (DOCX 31 KB) Quiz T-shirts for Study in Sweden volunteers It is advised that pins be used for environmental reasons. If T-shirts are made, we strongly advise that they be made sustainably and kept so that they can be worn again at future events. Designs and measurements are included in the folder.
Pins (name tags) There are two pin designs to choose from. The pins are 5.5cm while the design artwork file is 7cm for printing. Space has been provided on the pins so that volunteers can write down their names above the Study in Sweden logo.
Tote bags as giveaways To be more environmentally friendly, we do not strongly recommend the use of tote bags as giveaways. But if it’s a very important element to include as giveaways in your local context, we advise the use of sustainable cotton and that the bags are manufactured sustainably.
Selfie frame A1 KT board This is an interactive element for your pre-departure event. They are selfie frames printed on KT boards and should be used by students to take photos in front of a Study in Sweden backdrop. Please see example photos attached from our previous events. The inner white square (as seen on the selfie frame PDF-file) is to be cut-out to achieve the intended result. You are free to choose which ones to print that work best in your local country.
Quiz We have also included a quiz that can be used as a pre-departure event activity. Feel free to create a digital version of this quiz through platforms such as Kahoot.
