Did you know that Swedes eat around 20 kilos cheese per year? Gritty hard cheese has been produced in Sweden for decades. One of Sweden’s most loved cheeses is Västerbottensost (Västerbotten’s cheese). The cheese is produced in the small northern village Burträsk. Meet Thomas Rudin, cheese master.
